Be Found – Return & Refund Policy
At Be Found, we are committed to providing a supportive, professional, and transformative experience for every client. Because our services are personalized and time-based, we ask that all clients review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) may be charged the full appointment fee and may be required to prepay future sessions.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of life coaching, hypnotherapy, wellness, and healing services, all completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal outcomes, as healing and progress vary by individual.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions
Unused prepaid sessions may be eligible for partial credit or transfer at the discretion of Be Found. Any completed sessions within a package are non-refundable.

At Be Found, we are deeply invested in your success and healing journey. While we cannot guarantee specific results, we are committed to offering guidance, tools, and support tailored to your individual goals.
By booking services with Be Found, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.This version sounds caring but still legally protects your business and prevents people from asking for refunds after sessions.
